ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to remove the water pipe line laid in the petitioner's property having patta No.4149 comprised in S.F.No.109/2A/B at Chellipattanam Street, Tenmalai, Tirunelveli District measuring to an extent of 0.02.50 Hectare, within a time frame.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent produced a communication received from the respondent stating that the water pipe line laid in the petitioner's property in S.F.No.109/2A/B at Chellipattanam Street, Tenmalai, Tirunelveli District measuring to an extent of 0.02.50 Hectare has been removed and therefore, this writ petition may be closed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not present. However, the communication addressed to the Government Pleader, dated 11.02.2020 is recorded and this writ petition is closed. In case, the statement recorded by this Court as per the communication dated 11.02.2020 is not correct, it is open to the petitioner to file a petition to re-call this order. No costs.
