ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on the complaint of the Sub Registrar, Munchirai, by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.57/2022 dated 01.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court directs the second respondent to take appropriate action on the complaint given by the Sub Registrar, Munchirai, dated 01.04.2022 and also directs the Sub-Registrar, Munchiri, to circulate the proceedings of the District Registrar, Marthandam, vide order dated 29.03.2022, to the second respondent enabling the second respondent to take appropriate action.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that if any complaint is received from the petitioner or the Sub-Registrar, Munchirai, appropriate orders will be passed by the second respondent herein.

4. In view of the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to send a copy of the proceedings passed by the District Registrar, Marthandam, 2/4

vide order, dated 29.03.2022 to the second respondent, enabling the second respondent to pass appropriate orders. The second respondent is directed to consider the complaint made by the Sub Registrar, Munchirai, dated 01.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above said directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
