ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had purchased the property from the petitioners through a registered sale deed and paid the full amount for the property on 19.01.2023, but now the petitioners are threatening her to pay the remaining amount for the property, which had been purchased by her. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the above said complaint is kept pending.

4. Let the petitioners appear before the respondent Police and co-operate with him to complete the process of enquiry. There shall be a direction to the respondent Police to complete the process of enquiry within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
