ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent Police not to harass the Petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents submitted that current paper is pending and they seeks two weeks time to conclude the enquiry.
3.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that already there is a civil dispute between the Petitioner and his uncle, which was decreed in favour of the Petitioner's uncle. In spite of the same, the uncle of the Petitioner had approached the second Respondent with frivolous complaint. 4.Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the second Respondent is directed not to cause harassment. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
