Latha Mangaiyar ...Revision Respondent/Respondent/Petitioner PRAYER : This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C., to admit the revision on file and to call for the records in C.A.No.3 of 2015, dated 29.04.2016 on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai, confirming the judgment in Cr.M.P.No.2781 of 2010, dated 11.11.2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti, wherein the appellant has to pay Rs.2,500/- per month and awarded Rs.5,000/- as compensation amount to the respondent and ordered to reside in shared household for under Section 19(1) of Domestic Violence Act and duly set aside the Judgment of the Courts below by acquitting the revision petitioner.
