Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.10.2021 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed without exhausting the alternative remedies available under the statute.

2. It is also seen that the petitioner has already given a complaint leading to registration of Crime No.480 of 2021 on the file of Devakottai Town police station against one Lakshmanan. In the present case also, the allegations have been made only against Lakshmanan. However, Lakshmanan has not been made as a party. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant relief.

3. Leaving open the remedies, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
