: Respondents 4 to 9 in W.P.No.13424/2018 PRAYER (W.P.No.13424/2018): Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in G.O.(D) No.628, Home (Courts VI) Department, dated 07.06.2018 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to appoint the petitioner as Deputy Director of Prosecution from the appointment of his juniors with pay and all other monetary benefits.

PRAYER (W.P.No.15798/2018): Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in G.O.(D) No.628, Home (Courts VI) Department, dated 07.06.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Deputy Director of Prosecution in the existing vacancy available within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
