ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody 1/3

on 31.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) I.P.C, in Crime No. 20 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have promised the defacto complainant to arrange a job in Government sector and received a sum of Rs.54,40,800/-. They neither repaid the said amount nor arranged a job.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the nature of allegations that the petitioner has not only cheated the defacto complainant by getting money, he even issued a forged appointment order, which contains QR code, Government seal, signature etc, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
