Mr.C.Vakeeswaran, learned counsel for the petitioner submits this Criminal Revision Petition is arising out of the proceeding initiated under the Domestic Violence Act and pursuant to the compromise arrived at between the parties, the proceeding pending before the concerned Judicial Magistrate itself has been closed and therefore, this Criminal Revision Petition has become infructuous. 2.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner shall file a memo to that effect before the Registry.
