The petitioner has submitted an application dated 11.03.2023 to the first respondent, requesting for surveying the property in respect of Survey Nos.102/1B4, 102/9B, 103/1B2A and 103/3A2A situated at Thenpalanji Village, Thirupparankundram Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District. Since the said application has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's application has been considered and survey has also been conducted on 16.08.2023.
