To call for the entire records connected to the judgment in S.C.No.332 of 2018 on the file of the Hon'ble Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli dated 08.11.2021 and set aside the conviction and sentence imposed against the appellant. learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time. Since the main appeal itself is ready for final hearing, considering suspension of sentence is not required at this stage and it would be appropriate to list the main appeal for final hearing. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
