praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from starting the slaughter house at Survey No.179/3, Ward-10, Block-1, Lakshmipuram, Oorani Thenkarai Road, Velipattinam Post, Kenikarai, Ramanathapuram and consequently, to restrain the 4th respondent from operating the slaughter house in the above said area.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from starting the slaughter house and consequently, to restrain the 4th respondent from operating the slaughter house in the above said area.
2.Admittedly, it is within the municipal area. The learned Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submitted they are intending to shift the place from the present premises.
3.Therefore, the 4th respondent shall consider the petitioner's claim and pass appropriate orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
