COMMON ORDER The instant writ petitions have been filed by the sanitary workers working in the Sivagangai Municipality, challenging their order of transfer to Manamadurai, Devakottai, Karaikudi Municipality.
2. At the time of admission, this Court has granted interim orders on 02.09.2024. Pursuant to the interim orders, the order impugned in this writ petition has been cancelled by the proceedings issued by the first respondent dated 15.11.2024.
3. In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in these writ petitions. The respondents are directed to pay the salary for the transfer period within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
