RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl M.P (MD) No. 1472 of 2023 in Crl O.P (MD) No. 19125 of 2022 dated 30.01.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Saturday on English Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AZHAGESH.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR,Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1472 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19125 of 2022 on 30.01.2023. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1472 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19125 of 2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days, ie., on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 21/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
