2. The petitioner has submitted a representation seeking payment of additional pension of 20% earmarked for the petition mentioned category. The first respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned 2/4

representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone in to the merits of the matter. This writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
