Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to accord approval to K.P Navaneethakrishnan as the Secretary of Yadava College, Madurai run by the petitioner society in light of her proceedings in lr.No.17265/G4/2011 dated 08.01.2018 and the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Lr.No.12272/D2/2011 dated 02.03.2018 and consequently drop the proposal to appoint a special officer for the Yadava College, Madurai run by the Petitioner Society by withdrawing the notice dated 29.11.2006.
