DECREE:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal having come up for final hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Tribunal and the material papers to the Appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.PRABHAKARAN, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.T.SELVAKUMARAN, Advocate for the respondents, while modifying the award of the Tribunal and Partly Allowing the Appeal, and this Court doth order and decree as follows:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(1) That the award amount is reduced from Rs.38,33,465/- to Rs.27,28,465/- rounded off to Rs.27,30,000/- (Rupees Twenty seven Lakhs thirty thousand only).

(2) That the award amount is apportioned, as per the Judgment of the Tribunal.

(3) That the award amount already been deposited, the claimants (minor claimants become major) are permitted to withdraw the same.
