Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned Tender Notice in DIPR/3478/Tender/2025 published on dated 10.07.2025 issued by the respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to issue fresh Tender for the subject work in the impugned Tender.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging impugned Tender Notice dated 10.07.2025 issued by the respondent and consequently directing the respondent to issue fresh Tender for the subject work in the impugned Tender.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submits that the tender notification has been withdrawn and therefore, the writ petition has now become infructuous. He further submits that fresh tender notification has been issued on 30.07.2025.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 30.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No sn 2/4
