3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Additional District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District, is directed to dispose of the case in Crl.M.P.No.5558 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
