ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 25.11.2024. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.B.Pravin Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.K.C.Ramalingam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent.

3. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.The petitioner filed an appeal on 25.11.2024 seeking rectification of error in the UDR records pertains to the property situated in Survey No.315/3A in Sayalkudi Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. In the said appeal, the petitioner sought for deletion of the third respondent 's name and inclusion of the petitioner's name in respect of 5 cents of land in the subject survey number. The said appeal has not been

taken up for consideration. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the first respondent has already issued an enquiry notice in his proceedings in Oo.Mu(B10)/49541/2024, dated 11.12.2024 and the appeal will be disposed of in accordance with law.

6.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner on 25.11.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the third respondent. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
