Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to revoke the suspension order dated 13.10.2017 passed by the respondent No.2 in Proc.No.6624/A1/2017 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2018 and direct the respondents to re-instate the petitioner in the post of SubRegistrar with all consequential benefits in light of Judgment dated 18.04.2018 in W.P.Nos.6741 to 6743 of 2018, within the time period stipulated by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated and had subsequently, attained the age of superannuation.
