Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.21977/2015/ L2(27) dated 29.01.2018 signed on 29.01.2019, on the file of the Respondent No.5, and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the Respondents to reimburse the medical expenses to the tune of Rs.2,06,590/- (Two lakhs six thousand five hundred and ninety only) along with interest at the rate of 9%, in the light of the Judgment of the Honble Supreme Court.

The Competent Authorities are also directed to verify the legal heirs and take steps to comply with the order as expeditiously as possible.
