Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. Considering the nature of the allegations made by the petitioner, it is only just and proper that the investigation has to be carried out by the third respondent. The first respondent is directed to issue proceedings for transfer of investigation. Crime No.480 of 2021 pending on the file of the second respondent shall be withdrawn and transferred to the third respondent. Such proceedings will be issued within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
