PRAYER: Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the Judgment dated 21.03.2016 made in Crl.A.No.7 of 2012 on the file of the Mahila Court, Sivagangai by modifying the Judgment of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in S.C. No.76 of 2008 dated 20.01.2012 by convicting the petitioners.

When the Criminal revision case was taken up for hearing there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the earlier two occasions also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the Criminal Revision case was directed to be posted today, i.e., on 29.07.2021, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Even today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present in this Court to prosecute the case.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed for non prosecution. The trial Court is directed to secure the Petitioners/A-1 & A-2, who were sentenced for imprisonment and confine them to prison so as to undergo the remaining period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
