PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.15 of 2018, dated 14.04.2018, on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 498A, 406, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act and quash the same as illegal as against the petitioners.
