O R D E R

Mr.J.Jeyakumaran, Learned Counsel, who had entered appearance on behalf of the Petitioner in his memo dated 17.02.2020 has informed that the petitioner had collected the entire case bundle along with change of vakalat from him in the year 2015 itself and has requested to print the name of the Petitioner in the cause list. 2.

This Court by an order dated 17.02.2020 directed the Registry to issue notice to the Petitioner and the list the matter after service.

In furtherance to that order, notice has been issued by the Registry to the Petitioner for appearance on the hearing at 10.30 a.m., on 09.03.2020, and office note of the Registry shows that the notice had been delivered to the Petitioner on 21.02.2020. When the matter was called at 11.55 a.m., on 09.03.2020 there was no representation on behalf of the Petitioner. Hence, the matter was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to be listed on 17.03.2020 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter was called, there is no representation for the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Writ Petition further. 4.
