PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.14/2023 on the file of the Respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3, 5 & 6, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.14 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. On seeing the difference of opinion exist between the parties over return of articles, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre. But it is not settled. Direction was issued to the petitioners to return the articles to the defacto complainant on or before 11.09.2023. On that ground, this matter is listed today.

3. Now the learned counsel for both sides appeared. Inspite of the above said undertaking regarding return of articles, still there is some difference of opinion exists between the parties over some of the articles. Since there is no settlement reached between the parties, both parties are directed to appear before the respondent police, give statements and exchange the articles. The respondent police is directed to record the statements of the parties and exhange the articles. Further, let investigation be completed within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this 2/3

order. If any trouble arises, during the course of investigation, both the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. Interim protection already granted to the petitioners by the order dated 17.08.2023 is made absolute.
