No.48 of 2015 dated 17.03.2016 of the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur, confirming the conviction and sentence imposed in C.C. No.38 of 2007, dated 04.08.2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur and setaside the same. ORDER:- This Appeal coming on for orders on Tuesday, the Eighth day of March of Two Thousand and Twenty Two, upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal and proceedings before the Court of Sessions and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.S.K.Mani Advocate for the Revision Petitioner and of Thiru.RMS.Sethuraman, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, this court having stood over this bunlde till this date and it is ordered as follows:

1. that the Criminal Revision Petition be and hereby is Dismissed ;

2. that the conviction and sentence awarded to the Revision petitioner by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur in c.C. No.38 of 2007, dated 04.08.2015 which was confirmed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur,in C.A.48 of 2015 dated 17.03.2016 be and hereby is confirmed and the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the petitioner/accused; And https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
