This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate Contempt proceedings against the Respondent/Contemnor and punish her for the willful disobedience of the order dated 18.04.2023 made in Crl.OP(MD) No. 7087 of 2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.22 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 416, 465, 467,468 and 471 of IPC against five persons.

3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
