PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to G.O(Ms).No.165 dated 25.09.2012 passed by the first respondent and consequential proceedings of the second respondent made in Na.Ka.No.29400/F3/2014 dated 13.10.2015 insofar as Peiyaru Reservoir and Kovilar Reservoir, Virudhunagar District and quash the same and further directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue the present licensed fishing in Peiyaru Reservoir and Kovilaru Reservoir, Virudhunagar District. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has already circulated a letter dated 27.07.2022, to the Registry for withdrawal of the case, based on the instructions given by the petitioner. The petitioner is granted permission to withdraw the writ petition as per the letter submitted by him.
