Mr. U. Antony Santhosh, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner informed the Court that Mr. V.Sankaranarayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner has passed away. Therefore his name may be deleted as counsel for the petitioner and also informed the court that the petitioner has submitted a letter to the Registry to withdraw the aforesaid writ petition.
