O R D E R
The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second respondent.
2. The petitioner is said to have availed term loan from the third respondent. According to the petitioner, he had liquidated a substantial portion of his liability. In order to recover the balance amount, the third respondent has given a complaint and that the second respondent is acting as a recovery agent. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to forbear the second respondent from doing so.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.) clarified that from the third respondent herein, no complaint has been received. On the other hand, it is the petitioner who has given a complaint and based on the same, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18169 of 2021 summons have been issued to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and the second respondent proposes to hold an enquiry.
4. Since the transaction between the petitioner and the third respondent appears to be rather civil in nature, the second respondent shall bear the same in mind and refrain from interfering in the civil dispute.
5. With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
