ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2013 followed by 23.09.2013 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.N.R.Balaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.P.T.Ramesh Raja, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the writ petition and also considering the fact that the representation has been made as early as in the year 2013, the writ petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the third respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter, after affording an opportunity to the writ petitioner and the fourth respondent.

4. With the above said directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
