ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

2. The petition mentioned vehicles were allegedly involved in Crime No.9 of 2020 registered on the file of the respondent. The petitioner filed Cr.M.P.No.68 of 2021 for their release. The court below allowed the petition vide order dated 06.05.2021. However, eight conditions were stipulated.

3. The petitioner has no difficulty in complying with in most of the conditions. However, she is unable to produce the two sureties for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. The petitioner's inability is obvious.

4. For almost two years, the petitioner's vehicle is in police custody. In the interest of justice, the condition No.2 stipulating that the petitioner must produce two sureties for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- each alone is deleted. All the other conditions will remain intact.
