This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.7795 of 2013 dated 07.12.2013 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil.

2.On perusal of records reveals that already the petitioner filed a private complaint on the very same cause of action in Cr.M.P.No.496 of 2007and the same was dismissed by the Court below. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner was preferred revision in Crl.R.C.No.102 of 2007 and the same was also dismissed. Thereafter, the petitioner again filed another complaint before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli and the same was also dismissed. Aggrieved by the same, revision filed and the same was also dismissed. Therefore, the Court below dismissed the petition filed by the petitioner and this Court finds no illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below. 3.In the result, this criminal revision case is dismissed. 20.03.2023 NCC :
