Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to cancel the patta in respect of the properties covered in Survey No.151/6, 158/1, 152, 158, 198/1, 197/15 and 233/3 of a total extent of 23 acres 43 cents situated at velampatti Village, Natham Taluk, Dindigul District and transfer into petitioner's name based on petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.
