ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Dindigul, to complete the trial expeditiously in C.C No.298/2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first Respondent submitted that Accused No.2 and 3 are women and the prosecution sought to split up the case.

3. In the light of the above submission, the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Dindigul, is directed to split up the case against the absconding accused and proceed with the case regarding the Accused who are in attendance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padamanabhapuram. Further, the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Dindigul, is directed that the trial shall be conducted on the day to day basis and examining of independent witnesses can be completed within three days and the official witnesses can be examined in another three days. So that the examination of witnesses shall be completed within a reasonable period of fifteen (15) days. Further, the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Dindigul, shall dispose of the case within a reasonable period of three months.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
