PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District to dispose the C.C.No.160 of 2018.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District to dispose of the case in C.C. No. 160 of 2018.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the case is under trial and some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi,Tirunelveli District to complete the trial in C.C.No.160 of 2018 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
