This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the Bogus Patta No.4150 and consequently directed to take appropriate legal action against the individual respondents in respect of the petitioner's land in Survey No.382/1A1A of Thisayanvilai Village, Tirunelveli District based on the petitioner's 2/4
representation dated 08.06.2023 within the outer time limit stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, informs the Court that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the patta has been cancelled.
4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
