(in both petitions) For Petitioner : Mr.A.Rajaram For Respondent : Ms.S.E.Veronica Vincent, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) COMMON ORDER Earlier, when the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the accused was already released from the prison and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has sought time for verification and report the same.

CRL.R.C.(MD).No.727/2016 and 67/2017 2.Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has represented that the accused was released from the prison on 22.12.2016. 3.It is seen from the records that the Criminal Appeal in C.A.Nos.21 and 22 of 2015 were disposed of, confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, vide judgment, dated 18.11.215. Since the accused was released from prison, as rightly contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for further adjudication in these Criminal Revisions.
