O R D E R

When the Criminal revision case was taken up for hearing there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the earlier three occasions also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the Criminal Revision case was directed to be posted today, i.e., on 23.07.2021, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2. Even today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present in this Court to prosecute the case.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed for non prosecution. The trial Court is directed to secure the petitioner, who was sentenced for imprisonment and confine him to prison so as to undergo the remaining period of imprisonment, if any.
