The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.21 of 2023 and file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has already filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.1468 of 2024.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
