This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the respondent, dated 19.06.2018 and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in view of the interim order granted by this Court, dated 25.06.2018, the petitioner is continuing in the Government Higher Secondary School, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District and at present, there is no surplus teacher.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
