Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GUNASEELANMUTHIAH.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10091 of 2021, dated 29.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that both petitioners are teachers and they may be permitted to appear before the respondent in the evening.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the condition is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent daily at 06.00 pm, until further orders.
