Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only prayer made in this writ petition is for concluding the petition mentioned disciplinary proceedings. The proceedings are pending for more than 13 years. No exception can be taken to the petitioner's request.

3. The respondent is directed to conclude the petition mentioned disciplinary proceedings on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
