ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) The Writ Petition is filed challenging the impugned order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.2377 of 2023, dated 18.03.2023

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal is on leave. He further states that even before the Debt Recovery Tribunal he filed an application and he will show his bonafide by depositing some amount. 2/4

3. In the said circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal as against the order impugned in the writ petition in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
