RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting bail dated 12.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 15878 of 2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. CHENGIZ KHAN.K, Advocate for the petitioners and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimial Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15878 of 2021 on 12.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that through the Mediation process the husband and wife were joined together and now they are living jointly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have not been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

No.15878 of 2021 on 12.10.2021 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Since the husband and wife are living jointly, further action may be dropped by the respondent police.
