Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the notice sent to the petitioner has been returned with an endorsement "door locked".

3. The petitioner had filed this writ petition feeling aggrieved by the registration of the petition-mentioned document(document No.739/1987 dated 25.06.1987). The petitioner's request was originally rejected by the District Registrar(Administration), Periyakulam. Challenging the same, the present writ petition came to be filed.

4. It is seen that the petitioner gave one more petition. On this occasion she was lucky. The respondent herein has characterised the petition-mentioned document as fraudulent and also directed that the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.5404/E2/2018 dated 03.04.2019 shall be entered in the encumbrance register.

5. In my view, this has more than addressed the concerns of the petitioner. Nothing survives for further adjudication. Recording the subsequent development, namely, the proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.5404/E2/2018 dated 03.04.2019 issued by the District Registrar (Administration), Periyakulam, this writ petition stands disposed of.
