PRAYER: Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the judgment dated 12.02.2015 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Theni in C.A.No.30 of 2014 and set aside the same and thereby convict the accused No.1 with maximum punishment. ORDER

This Criminal Revision case has been filed to call for the records relating to the judgment dated 12.02.2015 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Theni in C.A.No.30 of 2014 and set aside the same and thereby convict the accused No.1 with maximum punishment.

2.In view of the Hon'ble Full Bench Judgment in K.Rajalingam and Others, Vs. R.Suganthalakshmi and others, reported in (2020) 3 MLJ (Crl) 257, the revision can be remanded to the Court of Sessions to treat it as an appeal.
