RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition 6(b) to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Nagapattinam Town Police Station instead of signing before the respondent police in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16195 of 2021 dated 25/10/2021.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.JOEL PAUL ANTONY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16195 of 2021, dated 25.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and his family members are residing at Karaikal, Puduchery and working at his native place. Since the petitioner is a diabetic patient, he is unable to appear before the respondent police, Trichy, but he is ready to appear before the Nagapattinam Town Police Station instead of respondent police, Trichy. Hence, he seeks modification.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition only eleven days.

CRL MP(MD) No.10080 of 2021 4.Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m., till 03.12.2021 and thereafter appear before the Nagapattinam Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., till 15.12.2021. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
